cancellations

If you must alter or cancel your appointment please do so via scheduling link or notify at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours and no shows will be charged in full.

 

refunds

Refunds are not offered after purchase. Sessions and packages expire 30-90 days after purchase.

Any and all questions regarding scheduling/appointments must be made via email.

check in

Arriving on time for appointment is appreciated. If you are running late, please notify. Clients over 15 minutes late may unfortunately be asked to reschedule or charged for class/session.

safety (covid-19) guidelines for in-person training

Clients are encouraged to wear masks if they prefer. There will be adequate time between each appointment to properly clean and sanitize equipment. Training facility is properly ventilated, with hand sanitizer available upon arrival and access to a bathroom.

sliding scale

Sliding scale is available upon request, if needed. Please inquire via email.
